In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the fm77 website accessible at https://fm77.io, including all associated web pages, features, games, and services.
• "fm77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the fm77 platform and its authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the fm77 platform or accesses any of its services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the fm77 registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by fm77 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and location before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used for all transactions on the fm77 platform.

Use of the fm77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fm77 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or are a Bangladeshi national lawfully permitted to use online betting services.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with fm77 or any affiliated platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. fm77 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close Accounts where verification fails or where false information has been submitted. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fm77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

fm77 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or telephone. If you receive any such request purportedly from fm77, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to the support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you. If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fm77 immediately by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. fm77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

fm77 reserves the right to impose security locks, temporary suspensions, or additional verification requirements on any Account where suspicious activity is detected, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

All transactions on the fm77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your Account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to prevailing conditions.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. fm77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal timelines: fm77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing times, which are outside fm77's control.
• Bonus funds: Only real-money Balance (not Bonus Balance) is eligible for withdrawal unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.
• Currency: fm77 does not accept foreign currency. All funds must be deposited and withdrawn in BDT. Any conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

fm77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or other irregularities are suspected. In such cases, fm77 may request additional documentation and/or report the matter to relevant authorities.

fm77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season specials, and cashback programmes. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are set out in the promotion's individual terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. fm77 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses where this rule is found to have been circumvented.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before any real-money Balance is used, unless the platform configuration specifies otherwise.
• fm77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for any cancelled promotion unless specifically stated.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple Accounts will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless they have been converted to real-money Balance through the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

By using the fm77 platform to place bets or play casino games, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to each product:

• Sports and cricket betting: All bets are subject to the settlement rules published for each market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, fm77's decision — made in good faith based on official results from recognised governing bodies — is final. Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the event result being published.
• Casino games: All casino games available on the fm77 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by fm77 or the Player.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant in play. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined and settled in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy.
• Void bets: fm77 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in a manifestly incorrect market. Voided bets are returned to the Player's real-money Balance.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-event winnings and maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply. These limits are published in the platform help section and may be updated from time to time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fm77 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, gain unfair advantage, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting errors in the platform, including software bugs, pricing errors, or RNG anomalies, to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fm77 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or fm77's internal systems without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fm77's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and network outages may affect availability. fm77 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

fm77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of platform services. fm77 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Your continued use of the fm77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 below.

Either party may terminate the Player's Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the fm77 support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering checks have been satisfied.
• Termination by fm77: fm77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, or where fm77 is required to do so by law or regulatory requirement. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, fm77 reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation.
• Effect of termination: Upon Account closure, your right to access and use the fm77 platform ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms survive termination and remain in full force.
